College Park Hall at Union College is a shining example of MLB’s superior Design-Build Services. In partnership with Sacco + McKinney Architects, MLB responded to the College’s urgent need for additional student housing. In just ten months, the MLB Design/Build team successfully planned, designed and executed a $10 million renovation/adaptive reuse of the seven-story Schenectady Ramada Inn.  For excellence in construction management and teamwork on the project, MLB received the coveted 2006 Build New York Award.
